Yoga is a path to awareness
What even is yoga these days? Is it instagram poses? Is it a work out? Is it a competition? A franchise? A spiritual practice? Thereβs too much variety, too much dogma and lost traditionβ¦ where to begin?
I have seen a lot of people who have been left unsatisfied with yoga, or simply havenβt yet experienced the deeper benefits the system offers.
I believe this is largely due to the lack of priority towards individual needs.
This then creates a lack of accessibility, a lack of understanding of the fundamentals, and in turn, a lack of awareness.
I really break the system down to clients into digestible pieces of information so that you can understand what youβre doing and why.
This way you can feel safe whilst you are being challenged beyond your perceived limits, all the while developing a sustainable and rewarding practice capable of transforming your life.

How I teach yoga β
For the individual - Wether it is flat feet or stress, itβs crucial for me to take into account all the factors that vary from on person to another. One-size-fits-all approaches are not how I do things!
Establishing strong foundations - For a sustainable and rewarding practice which aims towards your autonomy in the long-term.
From personal experience - The yoga classes are the fruit of 8+ years of daily practice. I teach from direct experience.
Empowering and nurturing - I gently challenge people beyond their perceived limits.
Braking down your reoccurring patterns - We will make space to observe physical and well as psychological patterns in your daily life.
Accessible - There is no prerequisite for yoga. I anchor myself in tradition without bringing in elitism.
Much more than the postures!- Yoga is a whole integrated system, postures are only one of the many constituents.
Self-regulation - Modern society puts a toll on our nervous systems, this has huge impacts on our body and mind. Learning to self-regulate allows us to be more aware and tolerant to inevitable everyday stresses.
